- Research cases and alerts from multiple intake channels, taking steps to mitigate losses.
- Review account activity, assess risk, and make decisions under company and department policies.
- Analyze and resolve financial crimes cases and alerts.
- Investigate transaction records in banking systems to meet financial crimes requirements.
- Research client information.
- Use critical thinking to make supported decisions based on alert type.
- Investigate alerts using internal and external applications.
- Resolve cases and alerts promptly within team timelines.
- Communicate with internal and external partners and clients.
- Complete BSA/AML, OFAC, or fraud training through webinars, publications, and independent study.
