Aprašymas

  • Partner with customers and internal teams to understand business challenges and identify root causes.
  • Design scalable, flexible integrated solutions that improve operational efficiency and speed customer time to value and ROI.
  • Analyze customer issues, determine root causes, take ownership of resolutions, and follow through.
  • Communicate and present effectively across complex customer organizations, from leasing teams to C-suite leaders.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of RealPage solutions and integrations, and contribute thought leadership.
  • Advise multifamily owners and operators on solution choices and operational best practices.
  • Manage customer expectations to strengthen the customer experience and reduce potential risks.
  • Work with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product Management to develop and recommend processes, systems, and documentation.
  • Collaborate across the organization to achieve shared objectives.

Reikalavimai

  • At least two years of customer-facing experience in multifamily real estate technology, account management or support, product management or development, or end-user communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience configuring and deploying scalable SaaS applications and demonstrating their return on investment.
  • Strong understanding of property management at both corporate and property levels.
  • Ability to navigate people and data to find answers, persuade others, and address objections across a range of internal and external personalities.
  • Goal- and results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability and enthusiasm for enabling customers and partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
