Senior UX Designer, InPost Pay (Poland Remote)
Shape the InPost Pay experience across payments, subscriptions, and emerging financial services. Design customer-facing digital products for InPost and Mondial Relay users across Europe.

- Design and evolve customer-facing products used across more than 15 countries for the InPost and Mondial Relay brands.
- Raise the quality of the customer experience through thoughtful, effective product design.
- Develop scalable design principles and frameworks that support consistency while adapting to local market requirements.
- Design financial experiences for InPost Pay, including payments, subscriptions, and planned financial services.
- Represent user needs and resolve complex problems across websites, mobile apps, and internal tools.
- Research users to uncover needs, pain points, and product opportunities.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for stakeholder and user validation.
- Produce polished visual design concepts that follow UI guidance and brand standards.
- Partner with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring design solutions into production.
- Promote inclusive and accessible design practices through stakeholder guidance and education.
- Contribute to design reviews, offer constructive feedback, and help other designers grow.
- Set and monitor key metrics, applying data-informed methods to explain user and business outcomes.

- At least five years of digital product design experience spanning user research, information architecture, usability, prototyping, and design processes.
- Strong, current UI design capabilities.
- Experience with and understanding of financial services, such as banking or fintech.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude in the design workflow, supported by concrete examples.
- Experience with and understanding of B2B users is preferred.
- Strong commitment to applying and championing human-centered design across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with prototyping tools; the team uses Figma.
- Ability to work independently in a responsive, changing environment.
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced teams.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Fluent Polish.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive change.
