  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor for clients
  • Lead internal initiatives that expand the consulting practice
  • Strengthen the community knowledge base and specialist expertise

  • Explain complex concepts through creative, prescriptive guidance
  • Identify risk proactively and drive it through resolution
  • Set customer expectations and negotiate outcomes with customers and third-party partners
  • Assess and realign project or program direction, methods, and key deliverables
  • Keep programs moving while ensuring solutions remain extensible and maintainable
  • Architect technology solutions with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients
  • Shape program vision and advise on strategies involving enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform

Талаптар

  • At least 8 years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience
  • At least 4 years leading Salesforce Core projects
  • Strong application design expertise, supported by data, integration, and security architecture capabilities
  • Professional experience in Life Sciences, especially pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial operations, field force engagement, HCP/HCO relationship management, or regulatory compliance
  • Excellent presentation abilities
  • Capacity to quickly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with people across diverse roles
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration
  • Deep understanding of integration concepts, designs, and patterns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications or Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant certification preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Life Sciences or comparable Life Sciences CRM platforms preferred, including HCP/HCO structures, Affiliations, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, and compliant engagement workflows
  • Experience delivering or supporting implementations for major pharmaceutical companies preferred, with familiarity with agentic enterprise models and AI agents in Life Sciences commercial and clinical operations
