  • Integrate and validate external data from credit bureaus, banks, open finance platforms, tax sources, and financial systems
  • Collaborate with Engineering on data pipelines and data quality
  • Improve customer consent records and connections for reliable, compliant access to external data
  • Convert manual credit and portfolio processes into repeatable, documented SQL and Python workflows
  • Establish data quality checks and supporting documentation
  • Develop and refine underwriting criteria and credit-limit strategies
  • Create customer management strategies for credit-line increases, decreases, and reinstatements
  • Identify high-risk customers and develop loss-mitigation processes
  • Work with Sales and Business Development to align growth plans with credit policy
  • Define portfolio KPIs and create dashboards
  • Develop early-warning indicators and monitoring routines
  • Give Collections segmentation and prioritization insights
  • Support loss forecasting and risk-adjusted return analysis with Finance
  • Use statistical techniques to identify risk drivers and guide strategy
  • Develop, validate, and monitor credit risk models
  • Help establish rules and data requirements for automated credit decisions
  • Turn model findings into recommendations for credit leaders and business partners
  • Use AI tools in analysis and validate outputs against source data
  • Recommend and help implement improvements to AI workflows

Талаптар

  • 3–7 years of analytics experience in credit risk, including hands-on commercial or SMB credit work in cards, payments, lending, or a related industry
  • Advanced SQL proficiency
  • Working Python proficiency for analysis and statistical modeling, including regression, segmentation, and clustering
  • Experience with version control such as GitHub is a plus
  • Direct experience integrating or cleaning external or alternative data sources
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini in analytical work
  • Demonstrated ability to turn analysis into implemented credit policy or strategy changes with measurable results
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Ability to work with meaningful overlap during Latin American business hours
  • Knowledge of Latin American credit data and open finance ecosystems is preferred
  • Experience implementing, validating, or monitoring risk and scoring models is preferred
  • Experience supporting collections strategy or early-warning programs is preferred
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or Claude Visualization Tools is preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fintech is preferred
