Oversee process quality, risk controls, audits, and regulatory compliance across Bank of America’s SSFO operations. Apply quality assurance, complaint analysis, and performance metrics to strengthen operational oversight.

- Set up and oversee controls for SSFO processes
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines throughout the SSFO organization
- Direct risk and operational management processes
- Manage operational processes, issues, risk activities, audits, and examinations
- Perform quality assurance testing
- Review and analyze complaints
- Monitor performance metrics
- Carry out process quality and oversight duties as a Senior Business Control Specialist
Талаптар
- Current experience as a Quality Analyst in SSFO Operations (NS&S, ESO, DIIVO, BK, SCRA, and/or UPO)
- Prior or current experience in Process Quality and Oversight
- Previous experience with business controls
- Willingness to learn and use new Systems of Record (SOR)
- Ability to learn quickly under pressure and work independently
- Analytical approach and ability to balance competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma, GED, secondary school credential, or equivalent
- Availability to work the first shift
- Availability for a 40-hour workweek
