  • Manage end-to-end operations for in-person and virtual events, from campaign intake through post-event analysis.
  • Work with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Technology, and Sales to establish plans, timelines, ownership, and success measures.
  • Direct audience planning and campaign delivery, including segmentation, registration, email, testing, launch readiness, and attendance tracking.
  • Track registrations and attendance, resolve risks and dependencies, and improve conversion and engagement opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate capture, validation, enrichment, and reconciliation of attendee and non-attendee information.
  • Oversee lead scoring, classification, routing, nurturing, sales alerts, and handoffs within defined service levels.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance, attendance, engagement, lead routing, sales follow-up, and pipeline contribution.
  • Uphold data quality, privacy, consent, and contact-governance standards across the campaign lifecycle.
  • Close process, data, and technology gaps through scalable documentation and operating procedures that strengthen consistency and performance.

  • Bring at least five years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, event operations, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate at least three years of Marketo expertise, including building scalable programs and delivering successful campaign results.
  • Show a record of improving campaign and execution workflows in event and webinar platforms such as Splash and ON24.
  • Understand audience segmentation, campaign workflows, lead management, and sales follow-up processes.
  • Apply strong program-management skills to timelines, dependencies, risks, and multiple simultaneous events.
  • Use campaign data to diagnose issues and improve performance through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand data quality, consent, privacy, and contact-governance practices.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally while collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Technology.
  • Maintain close attention to detail and perform effectively in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Have experience incorporating AI into scalable marketing-operations workflows and streamlining processes.
