Support AML oversight at Capital.com’s digital-assets trading platform through risk reviews, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Help strengthen financial crime controls while balancing compliance obligations with operational efficiency.

- Strengthen and maintain the company’s anti-money laundering framework
- Keep controls and procedures resilient, effective, and aligned with regulatory best practice
- Work to established service levels and key performance indicators
- Reconcile regulatory requirements with efficient business operations
- Complete focused financial crime risk reviews and assessments
- Spot control weaknesses and propose practical mitigation measures
- Document, escalate, and promptly report suspicious transactions and activity
- Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities on financial crime matters
- Track changes in AML regulations, supervisory expectations, and industry developments
- Apply analytical tools and digital methods to detect patterns, trends, and anomalies in client behavior
Талаптар
- At least 1–2 years of experience in AML, client onboarding, or back-office operations within brokerage, trading, or broader financial services
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or comparable tools
- Strong capability in statistical analysis and reporting
- Sound judgment and a pragmatic approach to compliance and risk issues
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a well-structured manner
- Confidence presenting findings to stakeholders
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing data, assessing risk, and preparing regulatory reports
- Business-level English proficiency at B2 CEFR or above
