  • Own Corporate Business Technology activities throughout acquisition and divestiture deal lifecycles.
  • Direct CBT due diligence, solution design, integration and separation planning, execution, transition, and stabilization.
  • Represent the A&D organization in CBT discussions and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with business, technology, transition management, and target-company stakeholders to maximize deal value and limit disruption.
  • Lead and develop CBT Technical Product Owners, platform owners, subject-matter experts, and regional leads.
  • Convert transaction objectives into technology requirements, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
  • Secure CBT capacity and promote consistent delivery across sectors and regions.
  • Create reusable playbooks, estimates, patterns, metrics, and lessons learned.
  • Find ways to simplify, standardize, and automate work, including the responsible application of AI.
  • Escalate CBT risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies spanning multiple platforms.
  • Present alternatives and recommendations while driving timely resolution within scope, schedule, budget, security, quality, and compliance parameters.
  • Set and lead CBT due diligence requirements and assessments.
  • Assess technology risks, costs, dependencies, transition service needs, and Day 1 or separation-readiness considerations.
  • Prepare financial, operational, and execution updates, forecasts, assumptions, decisions, and status reports.
  • Provide indirect leadership to deal-focused CBT resources and collaborate with A&D Deal Leads and Program Leads or Managers.
  • Build A&D capabilities and expand knowledge-sharing across CBT and the wider technology organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in computer science, finance, business, economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing large, multidisciplinary programs.
  • At least 2 years of experience with acquisitions and divestitures, investment collaborations, and/or licensing transactions.
  • At least 10 years in technology-focused roles supporting multiple business functions and enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex transactions and cross-functional teams with executive presence.
  • Knowledge of enterprise and sector technology platforms, capabilities, strategic roadmaps, and tactical plans.
  • Experience delivering multiyear programs from initiation through completion.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience forecasting finances for large, multidisciplinary programs.
  • Strong program and project management experience in the A&D discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs, projects, and shifting priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience leading global programs, with awareness of regional geopolitical and regulatory factors.
  • AI-forward approach with practical fluency in responsible AI and automation.
  • Ability to handle confidential, business-critical information appropriately.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Industry experience in healthcare, life sciences, technology, or M&A consulting preferred.
  • Experience with corporate functions, shared services, and enterprise technology platforms in a global organization preferred.
  • Experience with transaction due diligence, Day 1 readiness, integration and separation planning, transition service agreements, application and data disposition, and operational stabilization preferred.
  • Training or certification in program or project management, architecture, finance, or change management preferred.
