  • Handle first-level support inquiries.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming requests.
  • Assess customer needs and work toward satisfactory outcomes.
  • Build customer trust through open, interactive communication.
  • Share accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.
  • Record complaints and offer timely solutions or alternatives.
  • Follow up to confirm issues are resolved.
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
  • Process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Adhere to schedules and track non-ACD time with the appropriate Aux codes.
  • Place orders for parts and supplies.
  • Prepare price quotes, RMAs, debits, and credits, and enroll customers in the Web Store.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Less than one year of related experience.
  • Strong phone skills, including active listening.
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to adapt to different people.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage work effectively.
  • Ability to work in a call center.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must reside in the United States when hired.
