Customer Service Representative
Provide first-level customer support for Canon’s digital imaging business, assisting customers with calls, orders, quotes, complaints, and basic troubleshooting.
Opis
- Respond promptly to customer calls and enter them into the company system.
- Handle first-level support inquiries.
- Manage a high volume of incoming requests.
- Assess customer needs and work toward satisfactory outcomes.
- Build customer trust through open, interactive communication.
- Share accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.
- Record complaints and offer timely solutions or alternatives.
- Follow up to confirm issues are resolved.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Adhere to schedules and track non-ACD time with the appropriate Aux codes.
- Place orders for parts and supplies.
- Prepare price quotes, RMAs, debits, and credits, and enroll customers in the Web Store.
- Perform basic troubleshooting.
Zahteve
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Less than one year of related experience.
- Strong phone skills, including active listening.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to adapt to different people.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage work effectively.
- Ability to work in a call center.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
