Administrative Assistant – Gurugram, India (Hybrid)
Provide high-level administrative support to Ameriprise India’s financial-services leaders. Coordinate calendars, communications, travel, expenses, meetings and executive-office activities across teams and time zones.

- Support senior leaders with executive-office responsibilities and accountability management
- Oversee communications, business agendas, executive-direct-report coordination, office operations and assigned initiatives
- Coordinate complex calendars for multiple leaders, advisors and geographically distributed teams
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including bookings and reservations
- Prepare and submit expenses for leaders and their teams
- Review incoming email, delegate follow-up and take action on leaders’ behalf
- Serve as a liaison between the leader’s office and corporate colleagues, employees, advisors and external clients
- Develop materials and agendas for daily, weekly and monthly meetings and Town Halls
- Create leadership presentations, communications and talking points
- Represent leaders in interactions with advisors, corporate executives, employees and external clients when they are unavailable
- Monitor action items and produce summaries of reports and other documents

- Relevant experience supporting an executive office, coordinating schedules or working in a voice-process environment
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and write clearly for people at every organizational level
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across the organization and achieve results through others
- Comfort working under pressure amid undefined processes, tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and leaders in a virtual work environment
- Proficiency in managing calendars and coordinating complex executive meetings
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline
- Preferred: proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams and BOX
- Preferred: experience with a multinational or US-based company
