Description
- Manage customer success, adoption, and value realization across enterprise accounts.
- Work with engineering, operations, and reliability teams to deploy and expand UptimeAI solutions.
- Advise customer executives and technical teams.
- Help customers reduce downtime and maintenance costs while improving asset reliability and operational efficiency.
- Lead deployment programs for industrial AI solutions.
- Run technical workshops and solution architecture discussions.
- Turn AI insights into practical operational improvements.
- Work with Sales and Solutions teams on strategic customer opportunities.
- Find new use cases and account growth opportunities based on demonstrated value.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
- Bring customer perspectives to internal teams.
- Inform the product roadmap with insights from the field.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in customer engagement, digital transformation, or enterprise SaaS deployments.
- Experience serving industrial customers in sectors such as oil and gas, manufacturing, chemicals, power, or heavy industry.
- Experience deploying industrial analytics, asset performance management, predictive maintenance, or AI solutions.
- Strong program or project management skills for complex enterprise deployments.
- Ability to work with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and data science teams.
- Background in reliability engineering, operations, or industrial digital transformation.
- Experience with asset performance management platforms, industrial IoT, or predictive maintenance solutions.
- Certifications such as CMRP, Six Sigma, or reliability frameworks.
