Description

  • Expand Jerry’s organic reach across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Create a playbook for community posts, replies, and engagement decisions.
  • Develop Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
  • Create scalable content and engagement strategies that preserve authenticity and use AI where it helps.
  • Work with Growth and Content teams to keep messaging consistent across channels.
  • Track sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and citations in large language model responses.
  • Represent Jerry authentically and earn the trust of current and prospective users.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in community management or organic social media.
  • Experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing or regulated field is preferred.
  • Write in a platform-native style for Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
  • Understand SEO.
  • Understand how large language models cite sources.
  • Demonstrated ability to make dull or stressful topics feel human, authentic, and worth following.
  • Currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
  • Provide a LinkedIn profile URL, resume, and social media work sample.
