  • Manage customer success, adoption, and value realization across enterprise accounts.
  • Work with engineering, operations, and reliability teams to deploy and expand UptimeAI solutions.
  • Advise customer executives and technical teams.
  • Help customers reduce downtime and maintenance costs while improving asset reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead deployment programs for industrial AI solutions.
  • Run technical workshops and solution architecture discussions.
  • Turn AI insights into practical operational improvements.
  • Work with Sales and Solutions teams on strategic customer opportunities.
  • Find new use cases and account growth opportunities based on demonstrated value.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
  • Bring customer perspectives to internal teams.
  • Inform the product roadmap with insights from the field.

Prasības

  • At least 10 years of experience in customer engagement, digital transformation, or enterprise SaaS deployments.
  • Experience serving industrial customers in sectors such as oil and gas, manufacturing, chemicals, power, or heavy industry.
  • Experience deploying industrial analytics, asset performance management, predictive maintenance, or AI solutions.
  • Strong program or project management skills for complex enterprise deployments.
  • Ability to work with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and data science teams.
  • Background in reliability engineering, operations, or industrial digital transformation.
  • Experience with asset performance management platforms, industrial IoT, or predictive maintenance solutions.
  • Certifications such as CMRP, Six Sigma, or reliability frameworks.
