Senior Manager, Clinical Sales – South Korea (Remote)

Lead clinical sales growth for Insightec’s focused-ultrasound platform in South Korea. Increase treatment volumes, strengthen installed-base performance, and develop clinical partnerships.

Description

  • Drive focused-ultrasound adoption and meet annual procedure targets
  • Manage installed-base accounts in collaboration with partners
  • Develop strategic relationships and analyze client drop-offs to improve solution utilization
  • Create patient-referral pathways connecting neurology departments with external healthcare networks
  • Present data-led plans to the Managing Director to strengthen team effectiveness and clinical outcomes
  • Optimize the account portfolio by exiting low-yield sites and reducing single-case-day operations
  • Engage neurologists and neurosurgeons to advance focused-ultrasound adoption and patient-centered care
  • Develop site-specific launch plans and timelines to increase treatment volumes across installed sites
  • Lead market-awareness and advocacy initiatives with the AGM Strategic Growth Pathway and Marketing team
  • Work with the service team to reduce equipment downtime and address contracts and partner inquiries
  • Partner with the application team on clinical inquiries and treatment proficiency at installed sites
  • Set strategic priorities for the Essential Tremor and Parkinson’s disease business
  • Convert clinical and market insights into growth plans for each installed site
  • Launch content programs that address confidence gaps and improve patient throughput
  • Maintain partner accuracy across weekly reports, treatment forecasts, and installed-base updates
  • Increase patient treatment volumes, year-over-year account utilization, and performance at newly launched sites
  • Contribute to the AGM strategic growth pathway and its progression toward standard of care
  • Report to the Managing Director of APAC Growth Markets

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of successful medical device sales experience
  • Experience taking on progressively broader leadership responsibilities
  • Bachelor of Science in business, marketing, or a related discipline
  • Commercial experience in movement disorders or program growth
  • Strong sales judgment and a process-oriented approach
  • At least 5 years of experience in a startup or early-stage commercial environment
  • At least 5 years of experience launching novel products and increasing procedure volume in new accounts or markets by influencing clinical and administrative stakeholders is advantageous
  • Strong analytical reasoning and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with reliability and accountability
  • Proven ability to coach and manage people
  • Salesforce proficiency, including extracting SFDC data for reporting, analysis, and strategic planning
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Critical-thinking skills and the ability to understand and align with the strategic pathway
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • An additional Asian language is advantageous
  • Highly organized, with the ability to set priorities independently
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 70% of working time
  • MBA preferred
