Senior Corporate Relationship Manager at Luminor

Manage corporate banking relationships and credit portfolios for Luminor, supporting sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and new business growth. This senior role combines client acquisition, banking solutions, credit analysis, and portfolio oversight.

Description

  • Manage relationships across a portfolio of corporate customers in line with Luminor’s values, policies, and operating concepts
  • Acquire new customers to generate business and support sustained growth
  • Sell directly to clients in the medium-business segment
  • Support clients with banking products, identify emerging needs, and recommend suitable solutions
  • Drive target income and profitability across the assigned customer portfolio
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Strengthen existing client relationships while developing new ones
  • Conduct credit analysis, prepare supporting documentation, and present proposals to decision-makers
  • Monitor credit portfolio quality and take timely action on problematic cases
  • Plan, complete, and track personal responsibilities proactively, meeting quality standards, budget expectations, and Luminor values
  • Support team and company performance through collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Pursue professional development and help improve individual and team performance through constructive feedback and practical recommendations

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of successful sales and negotiation experience, including prospecting and proactive selling, or experience as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager
  • Higher education degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or Banking
  • Excellent knowledge of banking products, credit products, and financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of credit risk and Credit Policy
  • Advanced sales capability, including client prospecting and proactive selling
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and a commitment to development
  • Adaptability and openness to change
  • Collaborative approach, effective communication, and customer focus
  • Ownership mindset and strong orientation toward targets
  • Creativity combined with high integrity
  • Lithuanian language proficiency
  • Advanced or fluent spoken and written English appropriate to personal and professional experience
  • Primarily based in the Baltic states
