Senior Client Success Manager, Global Enterprise

Help enterprise leaders make the most of Gartner’s business and technology insights. Build executive relationships, strengthen engagement, and deliver value across multinational client teams.

Description

  • Work with technology and business leaders to understand their strategic priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Lead consultative conversations that turn business objectives into practical engagement plans.
  • Develop relationships across stakeholder groups and help clients get greater value from their Gartner investment.
  • Review client engagement, business priorities, and organizational dynamics to spot ways to increase impact.
  • Bring together Gartner teams, products, and subject matter experts to provide a consistent client experience.
  • Spot risks, gaps, and opportunities for growth, then create plans to address them.
  • Communicate with executive stakeholders and help clients link technology decisions to broader business outcomes.
  • Onboard clients, demonstrate the value of Gartner services, and encourage use of products across large multinational client teams.

Requirements

  • At least five years of client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, account management, strategy, business operations, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience working with enterprise or Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • An MBA, or equivalent experience in business, consulting, or enterprise leadership, is strongly preferred.
