Senior Administrative Assistant supporting Truist’s wholesale payments client solutions and success teams. Responsibilities include correspondence, records, travel, budgets, meetings, and customer issue resolution.

Description

  • Support individuals or departments with administrative needs
  • Handle routine clerical and office responsibilities with limited supervision
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and forms
  • Write and respond to correspondence according to established guidelines
  • Complete routine projects following general instructions and standards
  • Guide other administrative assistant levels on workflow and problem-solving matters
  • Create and maintain organized files and records
  • Screen incoming calls and voicemails, then direct them appropriately
  • Coordinate travel, expense reporting, departmental budgets, meetings, and appointments
  • Protect confidential information and exercise discretion
  • Present management recommendations based on research and findings
  • Work with internal and external customers to answer questions, investigate issues, resolve problems, and process authorized transactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education and related training
  • Seven years of progressively complex clerical experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with solid spelling and grammar knowledge
  • Organizational, interpersonal, and mathematical abilities
  • Capacity to work independently
  • Sound judgment when handling complex situations
  • Ability to use office equipment, including copiers and fax machines
  • Ability to perform light physical labor
  • Working knowledge of basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English
