Remote Sales Development Representative - Massachusetts | Trane Technologies

Generate and qualify enterprise leads for Nuvolo’s cloud-based Connected Workplace software. Advance sales opportunities with Account Executives and Solution Consultants.

Description

  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads
  • Respond to and qualify inquiries about enterprise software products through timely follow-up
  • Advance sales leads and opportunities through stage three of the sales pipeline
  • Conduct prospecting and discovery calls with potential customers
  • Partner with the Solution Consulting team on initial product demonstrations
  • Apply sales processes covering quotas, pipeline management, selling, and closing techniques
  • Present Nuvolo’s business value proposition to decision-makers
  • Qualify opportunities, collect functional requirements, and communicate details that improve product demonstrations
  • Schedule appointments and initial demonstrations while managing opportunities through the detailed demo stage with Account Executives
  • Coordinate opportunity handoffs from initial qualification through close with Account Executives
  • Present pitches for the Nuvolo Connected Workplace solution
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and generated opportunities
  • Support and motivate fellow SDR team members
  • Maintain accurate records of communications with current and prospective customers in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Prior experience in business development or sales

  • High energy, initiative, professionalism, and enthusiasm for sales
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to accurately track customer communications in Salesforce
