The Institute for Human Rights and Business (IHRB) is an international think tank focused on making human rights a practical part of business decision-making and accountability. Its work examines how companies affect people and communities, with particular attention to migrant workers, climate justice, and mega-sporting events. Through initiatives including the Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business and the Centre for Sport and Human Rights, IHRB develops research, policy guidance, and sector-focused approaches that support more responsible business practices worldwide.
