- Own and support product planning cycles, including quarterly planning, goal tracking, retrospectives, and weekly operating rhythms
- Coordinate launches by managing readiness checklists, cross-functional dependencies, and go-live preparation
- Create and maintain product health dashboards that inform prioritization decisions
- Document processes, develop playbooks, and identify opportunities for workflow automation
- Facilitate meetings and ensure action items are recorded and completed
- Work with analytics teams to answer operational questions and support product decisions
- Coordinate collaboration among product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in product operations, program management, or a comparable operations role
- Strong ability to design and improve processes
- Confidence working with data and turning dashboard findings into clear recommendations
- Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation abilities
- Experience using Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools
- A builder-oriented approach to automation and operational improvement
- Familiarity with go-to-market or product launch coordination processes
- Exposure to AI productivity tools in an operations setting
