Product Operations Manager (United States Remote)

Smartsheet is hiring a Product Operations Manager to improve planning, launch readiness, dashboards, and operating workflows. The role partners across product, engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams.

Descriere

  • Own and support product planning cycles, including quarterly planning, goal tracking, retrospectives, and weekly operating rhythms
  • Coordinate launches by managing readiness checklists, cross-functional dependencies, and go-live preparation
  • Create and maintain product health dashboards that inform prioritization decisions
  • Document processes, develop playbooks, and identify opportunities for workflow automation
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure action items are recorded and completed
  • Work with analytics teams to answer operational questions and support product decisions
  • Coordinate collaboration among product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams

Cerințe

  • Two to four years of experience in product operations, program management, or a comparable operations role
  • Strong ability to design and improve processes
  • Confidence working with data and turning dashboard findings into clear recommendations
  • Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation abilities
  • Experience using Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools
  • A builder-oriented approach to automation and operational improvement
  • Familiarity with go-to-market or product launch coordination processes
  • Exposure to AI productivity tools in an operations setting
