Own and support product planning cycles, including quarterly planning, goal tracking, retrospectives, and weekly operating rhythms
Coordinate launches by managing readiness checklists, cross-functional dependencies, and go-live preparation
Create and maintain product health dashboards that inform prioritization decisions
Document processes, develop playbooks, and identify opportunities for workflow automation
Facilitate meetings and ensure action items are recorded and completed
Work with analytics teams to answer operational questions and support product decisions
Coordinate collaboration among product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams

Talablar

Two to four years of experience in product operations, program management, or a comparable operations role
Strong ability to design and improve processes
Confidence working with data and turning dashboard findings into clear recommendations
Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation abilities
Experience using Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools
A builder-oriented approach to automation and operational improvement
Familiarity with go-to-market or product launch coordination processes
Exposure to AI productivity tools in an operations setting
