Description
- Oversee a customer portfolio and ensure clients’ needs are addressed.
- Assess customer goals and requirements, then recommend suitable technical approaches.
- Develop tailored solutions to solve customer challenges.
- Use the AWS Well-Architected Framework to uncover risks, improvement areas, and recommended practices.
- Build trusted client relationships and learn their businesses and technical challenges.
- Resolve issues proactively to support customer satisfaction.
- Learn the products, services, and technologies, and explain technical requirements in clear, accessible terms.
- Work with Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support.
- Share feedback about customer needs and concerns.
- Spot technical and operational risks and plan follow-up actions.
- Review escalation requests and coordinate with the appropriate teams.
- Find ways to improve the customer experience and internal processes.
- Assign owners, set next steps and deadlines, and monitor action plans until completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing position such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Pre-Sales professional.
- Strong understanding of public cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
- Solid knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its practices.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Ability to coordinate and track several requests at once.
- Familiarity with project management and action plan tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to collaborate across teams.
