Description

  • Prepare monthly executive summaries covering human capital metrics
  • Coordinate with HR centers of excellence to gather data aligned with business objectives
  • Turn HR data into persuasive, executive-ready presentations through clear storytelling and client-focused messaging
  • Collaborate with centers of excellence and HR business partners to execute recurring HR activities
  • Recommend ways to improve, implement, monitor, and measure initiatives tailored to individual lines of business
  • Work with business execution peers to strengthen the HR business partner model and support HRBP leaders
  • Lead delivery of Human Resources products and services for HR clients
  • Develop tailored business communications, change management plans, and reporting
  • Apply a One HR approach while operating in a complex, rapidly changing environment
  • Monitor complex projects, update business leaders on progress, and negotiate resolutions to critical issues

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience gained through work, training, military service, or education
  • Experience interpreting and consolidating data, then converting insights into user stories for executive and senior-level audiences
  • Experience handling large, sensitive data sets
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clear, data-driven analysis to varied executive audiences
  • Ability to use AI and continually assess ways to optimize HR product and service delivery
  • Demonstrated end-to-end project management experience
  • Prior Human Resources experience as an HR business partner and/or in a center of excellence role
  • Experience in a large, complex, dynamic organization spanning multiple business groups and broad geographic reach
  • Familiarity with multiple HR disciplines and the ability to navigate a complex center of excellence structure
  • Successful experience in business operations, strategic consulting, or management consulting within a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Strong influencing, collaboration, and decision-making abilities across stakeholder teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering tactical and strategic work on schedule
  • Ability to monitor complex projects, communicate status to business leaders, and negotiate resolutions for critical issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
