- Verify and confirm scheduled sales appointments
- Conduct quality checks across sales support activities
- Handle additional operational responsibilities as needed
- Respond to special requests from the inside sales team
- Update and manage lead records and information in the CRM
Requirements
- Bring 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience, or an undergraduate degree
- Work confidently with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, and ADP
- Communicate clearly using active listening, thoughtful clarification, and empathy
- Demonstrate strong writing and composition skills
- Maintain a consistently professional approach
- Organize information for analysis, follow direction from multiple team members, balance competing priorities, and escalate issues promptly
- Apply effective customer service practices
- Accommodate variable shift start times, including occasional Friday afternoon or Saturday work
- Communicate effectively by phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Have experience working independently from home or be willing to do so
