- Address straightforward client questions under supervision.
- Help the team achieve shared project objectives.
- Request feedback and apply guidance from experienced team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Foundational knowledge of HR processes or HRIS platforms.
- Strong motivation to learn and develop in a consulting environment.
