- Support senior consultants by gathering and recording business requirements from client subject-matter experts.
- Create organized notes and action items following requirements workshops.
- Complete basic HRIS module configuration with supervision.
- Run test scripts and record outcomes accurately.
- Keep configuration workbooks, training resources, and meeting minutes up to date.
- Maintain complete and current project documentation.
- Join client calls and workshops with guidance from senior consultants.
- Address straightforward client questions under supervision.
- Help the team achieve shared project objectives.
- Request feedback and apply guidance from experienced team members.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Foundational knowledge of HR processes or HRIS platforms.
- Strong motivation to learn and develop in a consulting environment.
