General Manager, Oceania (Australia Remote)

Lead INNERGY’s cloud ERP business across Oceania, with responsibility for customers, commercial performance, operations, and regional growth. Represent the company in the AU/NZ joinery market while connecting local needs with US-based teams.

Description

  • Own Oceania’s commercial performance across new business, expansion, and retention
  • Define the regional strategy, operating plan, and target segments for the AU/NZ joinery market
  • Manage the regional budget, forecast, and contribution margin
  • Establish the regional operating cadence, including pipeline reviews, account planning, escalations, and cross-functional coordination
  • Improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal strategy in partnership with Sales Leadership
  • Increase customer time-to-value, product adoption, renewals, and support quality across AU/NZ
  • Address time-zone challenges between regional customers and US-based support teams
  • Help define hiring profiles and contribute to recruiting, interviews, hiring decisions, and performance discussions
  • Build effective relationships with global functional leaders and escalate alignment challenges when needed
  • Represent INNERGY across Oceania through education, industry associations, events, partnerships, and local messaging
  • Bring Oceania’s customer and market requirements to product and executive leadership

Requirements

  • Operational understanding of joinery, manufacturing, construction technology, or building products
  • Experience operating a complex B2B software business with lengthy sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and implementation-intensive products
  • Previous responsibility for a regional business or P&L beyond quota ownership
  • A demonstrated record of delivering results within a matrix organization, including a specific example
  • Experience spanning both sales and post-sale functions
  • Sound commercial judgment, including the ability to reject poor-fit business and explain the decision
  • Located in the AEST/AEDT or NZST time zone
  • Legal authorization to work in Australia or New Zealand
  • Availability to travel about 40% within the region and make one or two US trips annually
  • An established network in AU/NZ joinery, construction, or manufacturing
  • Experience representing a regional market for a company headquartered offshore
