Description

  • Deliver responsive, efficient, and high-quality customer service
  • Monitor daily operations and follow regional guidelines and company policies
  • Apply local standard operating procedures when working with shippers and consignees
  • Prepare charge quotations as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and claims follow-up
  • Coordinate customer-related issues with the appropriate internal departments
  • Escalate irregularities and issues requiring supervisory support
  • Assess and provide feedback on subcontractor standards and service quality
  • Compile customer statistics and reports when requested
  • Prepare and process shipping and financial documentation
  • Manage invoicing, verify and post incoming invoices, and complete job costing
  • Maintain Track and Trace updates and send shipping advice to overseas stations
  • Support additional assignments and cover for team members when required

Requirements

  • Follow local standard operating procedures, company policies, and established processes
  • Maintain compliance with DSV internal standards and customer requirements
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Complete document verification and due diligence checks
  • Process shipment bookings in line with procedures and quotations
  • Check customer credit terms and credit status
  • Compile customer statistics and operational reports
  • Process waybills, warehouse advice, trucking orders, invoices, and other requested customer documents
  • Handle invoicing, invoice verification and posting, and job costing
  • Keep Track and Trace systems up to date
