Description

  • Frame client problems around the decisions that analysis must inform
  • Evaluate available data and choose suitable analytical methods
  • Perform analyses while building and validating models and tools
  • Convert analytical results into concise, actionable recommendations
  • Assume growing responsibility for individual analytical modules
  • Work directly with clients and senior colleagues
  • Exchange ideas and present findings to project teams and clients
  • Connect analytical insights to tangible recommendations and business impact
  • Design tailored Data & Analytics solutions for clients across industries and regions
  • Support initiatives involving AI toolkits, portfolio decarbonization, promotion optimization, GenAI chatbot validation, credit risk modeling, and supply chain risk identification

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in a quantitative field such as data science, mathematics, natural sciences, statistics, computer science, or engineering
  • Consistently strong academic performance
  • Analytical, data-oriented approach with confidence working with numbers
  • Ability to communicate advanced data science concepts clearly to clients and colleagues
  • Working proficiency in Python or R
  • Motivation to build expertise in new technologies and analytical techniques
  • Strong team orientation and resilience in a creative, fast-changing environment
  • Willingness to travel and work at client sites when needed
  • Professional fluency in German and English
  • Interest in or prior experience with financial services and risk management is advantageous
