Description
- Handle incoming calls from Crown customers and service technicians
- Coordinate technician dispatch
- Record technician payroll hours
- Process parts and service billing
- Prepare daily work orders
- Keep records and files organized
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements
- Under two years of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Effective communication, organization, math, and computer skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Leadership ability, technical experience, and relevant knowledge are advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must not require current or future work authorization sponsorship
