Description
- Contact customers with overdue accounts to recover outstanding balances using the daily assignment list and available channels, including phone and WhatsApp.
- Manage delinquency, losses, interest charges, and renegotiations across assigned regions.
- Track delinquency and loss performance indicators.
- Create customer recovery action plans with managers and team members.
- Monitor collection agreements in SAP.
- Process internal collection-related requests through the ticketing system.
Requirements
- High school education is required.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Background in credit and collections is preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
