Client Services Manager, Legal Immigration (California Remote)

Manage client onboarding, workflows, data integrity, reporting, and related operational processes for corporate immigration services. Support clients across more than 100 countries through collaboration with attorneys, partners, and internal teams.

Description

  • Develop internal workflow protocols and supporting documentation
  • Prepare and distribute firmwide casework memos
  • Lead onboarding for new corporate clients
  • Coordinate the collection and organization of client documents
  • Partner with the WRapid team to ensure accurate internal platform setup
  • Help Partners and Managing Attorneys respond to client inquiries
  • Work with Partners and Managing Attorneys to create reports, dashboards, and client-specific tools
  • Review standard report data and communicate findings to Leadership and Partners
  • Establish best practices for data management and data integrity oversight
  • Implement initiatives that preserve the accuracy and organization of client information
  • Maintain subject matter expertise across multiple major client accounts
  • Support Attorneys in creating training materials for client presentations and present as appropriate
  • Collaborate with Business Development on Requests for Proposal and related documentation
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
  • Five to seven years of business immigration experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational, process management, and computer skills
  • Experience using a CRM; Salesforce experience is preferred
