Campus Administrative Coordinator (Hybrid)

Provide administrative support for Remington College’s campus president, including records management, communications, scheduling, and coordination of campus personnel.

Description

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, conferences, and campus activities for the Campus President and campus.
  • Create, maintain, and update organized filing systems.
  • Retrieve information from files when needed.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Answer phones, record messages, and respond to routine and non-routine inquiries.
  • Coordinate telephone coverage with the Campus receptionist.
  • Prepare and format correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, and business plans.
  • Proofread and edit documents for spelling, grammar, and layout.
  • Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Prepare recurring and special reports.
  • Supervise assigned front-desk and maintenance staff, vendors, contractors, Wonderlic proctors, and security personnel.
  • Maintain, update, and distribute staff schedules, telephone lists, and vendor lists.
  • Assist with graduation ceremonies as assigned.
  • Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Work onsite when required and remotely when onsite work is not required.

Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in administrative services.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software.
  • Comply with College policies and procedures, applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Protect confidential information.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment.
  • Build and maintain professional, effective working relationships with campus personnel.
