Business Systems Analyst, CRM and Low-Code at SmartDev
SmartDev is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to configure Creatio-based low-code CRM solutions for banking workflows. The role covers process design, dashboards, access controls, and client-facing demonstrations.
Description
- Configure sections, objects, reference data, and product catalogues across retail, corporate, Islamic, and private banking lines
- Design and implement end-to-end business processes using the BPMN designer
- Create dynamic case flows for leads, referrals, and opportunities
- Develop Freedom UI screens, forms, dashboards, and reports
- Set up roles, organizational structures, and record- and field-level permissions
- Join fit-gap workshops and document requirements gathered from business subject-matter experts
- Convert business needs into use cases and assess how existing product capabilities address them
- Create proof-of-concept screens and demonstrations for client approval gates and presales activities
- Prepare and maintain solution configuration documentation
- Provide SIT and UAT support for configured solutions
- Work with solution architects and developers to define the boundary between configuration and custom development
- Present completed solutions directly to clients
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience as a systems or business analyst delivering enterprise implementations involving CRM, ERP, BPM, or ECM platforms
- Hands-on implementation experience is required; support and data analytics backgrounds alone are not sufficient
- Design-level BPMN knowledge, including gateways, parallel paths, timers, and escalations
- Understanding of relational data modelling, including tables, one-to-many and many-to-many relationships, lookups, and normalization
- Practical configuration experience with a low-code, CRM, or BPM platform such as Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega, ServiceNow, Camunda, Appian, Mendix, Bitrix24, Odoo, 1C, or a comparable product
- Experience setting up role models and access permissions
- Client-facing experience leading workshops, demonstrating solutions, and gathering and validating requirements
- Technical fluency sufficient to read SQL queries, understand REST APIs and JSON, and inspect logs
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
