Business Development Manager, AI Products and Solutions — Germany (Remote)

Lead business development and sales for AI-powered platforms, automation, and machine learning solutions at Sigma Software Group. Manage client development, proposals, negotiations, and long-term technology partnerships.

Description

  • Identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities for AI-driven solutions and services.
  • Support the full sales cycle by presenting to customers, developing opportunities, and managing client relationships.
  • Understand prospective clients’ needs and constraints, then align proposals with their business requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and the signing process.
  • Create case studies, contracts, work orders, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Coordinate the smooth handover of new accounts to the Delivery team.
  • Keep sales CRM records accurate and current while ensuring proposals meet profitability KPIs.
  • Develop and expand a professional network relevant to the Company’s services.
  • Grow company revenue and expand the customer base.
  • Assess relevant conferences, AI events, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain expertise in focus areas through continuous learning.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with company customers.

Requirements

  • A higher education degree.
  • At least three years of business development or sales experience in IT or software development, with demonstrated success in AI-related projects.
  • A proven record of completing complex AI proposals and formal tenders with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced written and spoken English and German, including report writing.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and AI solution lifecycles.
  • Experience creating proposals and presentation materials for AI-powered solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, business communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Accuracy, organization, and close attention to detail.
