AI Platform Enablement Engineer III, CareSource Remote

Lead the governed adoption, configuration, and expansion of CareSource’s enterprise AI platforms. Oversee enablement, usage analytics, cost management, compliance, and vendor coordination.

Description

  • Evaluate, prioritize, and control the rollout of new enterprise AI platform capabilities
  • Develop rollout plans, pilot groups, and organization-wide enablement strategies
  • Manage role-based access, usage tiers, entitlements, and platform settings
  • Define and enforce approved usage patterns, guardrails, and platform boundaries
  • Coordinate provisioning, communications, and enablement throughout each rollout
  • Track adoption metrics and address blockers, configuration issues, and usability challenges
  • Assess high- and low-value usage patterns to guide targeted adoption efforts
  • Work with engineering and business teams to measure efficiency improvements and faster delivery
  • Monitor platform consumption, spending, and usage trends while optimizing cost drivers
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT leaders on budgets and forecasts
  • Apply enterprise AI governance to platform usage and uphold PHI and PII protection requirements
  • Implement audit and monitoring practices with Security, Risk, Legal, and AI Governance partners
  • Maintain feature settings, reporting configurations, and operational playbooks
  • Serve as the primary contact for platform evolution and vendor relationships
  • Stay informed about platform capabilities and roadmap developments
  • Align platform usage with enterprise architecture patterns and engineering standards
  • Complete other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline is required
  • Relevant professional experience may substitute for the required education
  • At least five years of IT engineering experience, including three or more years in DevOps, MLOps, or cloud infrastructure, is required
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and Azure ML, plus Kubernetes or AKS, is required
  • Experience creating and supporting CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models or complex software applications is required
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI and other advanced technology platforms
  • Strong knowledge of AI and large language model capabilities and platform delivery approaches
  • Ability to lead adoption, enablement, and rollout programs for enterprise technology platforms
  • Understanding of consumption-based pricing models and optimization methods
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in complex, ambiguous environments
  • Knowledge of platforms including Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work within enterprise architecture or platform enablement teams
  • Experience with usage analytics, reporting, and cost optimization frameworks
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert is preferred
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification is preferred
