- Develop assessment plans, interview protocols, focus group guides, and surveys.
- Interview employees, supervisors, and leaders confidentially, and facilitate focus groups.
- Analyze interview and survey data to surface patterns in communication, morale, leadership, and working conditions.
- Examine relevant policies, complaint trends, turnover data, and organizational structure.
- Prepare balanced findings and practical recommendations for agency leaders.
- Present results and help leaders and employee groups plan next steps.
- Contribute qualifications and past performance information to AlphaGov proposals when authorized to be named.
- Agree on the scope, schedule, and fee before each engagement starts.
- Work remotely on a project basis, with occasional client travel.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Have experience leading workplace climate, culture, or organizational assessments, preferably in the public sector.
- Be skilled at confidential interviews and facilitating focus groups on sensitive subjects.
- Be able to analyze qualitative and survey data and write balanced, evidence-based reports.
- Be comfortable working as a project-based 1099 consultant, primarily remotely with occasional on-site interviews.
- Have a background in HR, employee relations, industrial-organizational psychology, or workplace investigations.
- Experience with unionized workforces, public safety departments, or school system employees is relevant.
- Hold an SHRM, IPMA-HR, or comparable professional credential.
