- Join the Melbourne Practice Support team to assist Partners and senior legal professionals.
- Work alongside Practice Executives to understand their roles and build mentoring relationships.
- Support matter financial administration, including billing, e-billing, bill tracking, timesheets, cost estimates, matter closures and archiving.
- Cover for Practice Executives during annual and sick leave.
- Organise corporate tables and business, industry, client and staff events.
- Handle client administration across the matter lifecycle.
- Promote consistent client service across matter teams.
- Guide colleagues on drafting, document production and practice management processes.
- Provide proactive business administration support to Partners and senior legal professionals.

- Experience in a comparable role is preferred, ideally in a law firm; candidates from finance, accounting or other professional services firms are also considered.
