  • Deliver technical solutions and advice that help clients get value from products and services.
  • Turn complex business needs into practical, scalable technical implementations.
  • Lead technical work as a subject matter expert and escalation point.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors in relevant technology areas.
  • Design and deliver implementation services across clients and technologies.
  • Apply expert knowledge to resolve issues and guide standards, design, best practices, quality and reference architectures.
  • Work with Sales, Projects Practice, Pre-Sales, customers and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical documentation, low-level designs and Statements of Work.
  • Support and review PS costing sheets.
  • Lead project design workshops and present technical documentation to customers.
  • Renew and advance required certifications.
  • Deliver assigned projects within agreed timelines, quality standards, scope and cost.
  • Help design proofs of concept.
  • Create or support test documentation and test scenarios.
  • Meet or exceed individual and business objectives and KPI targets.
  • Assess existing systems, standards, documentation and procedures, and recommend improvements.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring deep Broadcom VMware expertise, including hands-on design and delivery of enterprise VCF 9.1 solutions.
  • Hold professional certifications, such as VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP VCF Architect).
  • Have consultancy experience leading workshops, shaping solutions, owning architecture and advising customers.
  • Communicate clearly, present confidently and produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership and mentoring ability.
  • Build effective relationships with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Show commercial awareness, including engagement scoping, estimate validation and delivery risk management.
  • Be eligible for Security Clearance.
  • Relevant VMware or Broadcom certifications, or equivalent proven expertise, are desirable.
  • Recognition as a Broadcom Knight is desirable.
  • Domain-based VCAP certifications are desirable, particularly NSX design and deployment and VCF automation skills.
  • Bring curiosity, a learner’s mindset and willingness to engage with evolving technology, explore tools and adapt to AI.
