Creative Producer, Performance Marketing
Develops and tests AI-assisted advertising for Boosters’ personal digital security product, using creative insights to drive user acquisition. Works across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other channels.

- Generate fresh concepts for advertising creatives.
- Research the creative market and spot emerging trends on TikTok and Instagram.
- Create trend-led videos to attract users.
- Review creative test results to identify patterns and growth opportunities.
- Test marketing hypotheses through advertising creatives.
- Take creative concepts from initial idea through final production.
- Test creatives across advertising networks.
- Work with an AI engineer to automate creative workflows.
- Produce advertising for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least one year of experience in performance, digital, or creative marketing.
- At least two years of experience as a motion designer.
- Experience creating advertising creatives for Meta Ads.
- Experience using Adobe After Effects.
- Understanding of color selection, effective music use in video, how music works with visuals, and how to create emphasis.
- Understanding of design principles, with basic knowledge of typography and composition.
- Experience analyzing markets, competitors, and consumer insights.
- Experience with Figma and Miro, including organizing and systematizing creative assets.
- Hands-on experience applying AI to creative workflows.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- English-language copywriting skills.
