- Serve as the primary contact for Strategic Accounts throughout the Offer to Order process.

- Improve processes and build working relationships with other departments.
- Work with other departments to resolve system and process issues as needed.
- Train specialists and support them with complex deals.
- Train representatives and specialists by phone.
- Explain deal procedures and exceptional circumstances.
- Work with product managers to address product structure issues.
- Cross-train with colleagues on the sales support team.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Five years of related experience.
- Ability to communicate and work with people at all levels of the company.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members and internal customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong understanding of systems and processes.
- Strong project management capabilities.
