Senior Rave Database Developer - Bangalore Onsite
Senior Rave Database Developer role at ICON plc focused on building and validating Medidata Rave clinical trial databases. The position covers system validation, integrations, quality control, and collaboration with clinical data teams.
विवरण
- Oversee daily clinical data science programming activities and help the team deliver reliable study results
- Lead the design, development, and validation of programming solutions for clinical trials
- Work with biostatisticians, data managers, and clinical teams to define data specifications and analysis plans
- Create and validate datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) to meet study requirements
- Protect clinical data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through structured quality control and validation checks
- Coach junior programmers and provide technical direction within the data science programming team
- Develop and maintain clinical study databases in Medidata Rave
- Administer protocol amendments and post-production database updates
- Assist with system validation and address programming or validation issues alongside testing teams
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field
- Extensive clinical data programming experience, including strong Medidata Rave proficiency
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining study databases in Medidata Rave
- Background developing and validating Edit Checks, Custom Functions, and eCRFs (PPC Forms)
- Experience handling protocol amendments and post-production database updates
- Track record of partnering with testing teams to resolve programming and validation issues
- Experience supporting system validation activities alongside Rave programming
- Knowledge of IRT integrations, external data integrations, ALS, and Lab Uploads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with careful attention to data quality
- Clear communication skills and the ability to provide technical leadership
- Capacity to collaborate across functions while managing multiple projects
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is located
