- Guide customers from their initial inquiry through contract signing.
- Support customers throughout the loan application and completion process.
- Assess customer needs and identify suitable loan offers.
- Help customers meet their financing goals without making cold calls.
- Work with partner communication tools and digital contract-closing solutions.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Some experience in sales or customer-facing work, such as sales, telesales, or retail.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner on the phone.
- Dependable, with a committed approach to work.
- Motivated to develop professionally.
- Commercial training or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Very good German is required for phone and written support, as implied by the role's duties.
