  • Guide customers from their initial inquiry through contract signing.
  • Support customers throughout the loan application and completion process.
  • Assess customer needs and identify suitable loan offers.
  • Help customers meet their financing goals without making cold calls.
  • Work with partner communication tools and digital contract-closing solutions.

Cerințe

  • Some experience in sales or customer-facing work, such as sales, telesales, or retail.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner on the phone.
  • Dependable, with a committed approach to work.
  • Motivated to develop professionally.
  • Commercial training or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Very good German is required for phone and written support, as implied by the role's duties.
