- Recognize growth opportunities, interpret business performance, and balance partner needs with Houst’s commercial goals.
- Work comfortably with data, identify performance trends, and use evidence to recommend improvements.
- Pay close attention to detail, follow up on open actions, spot discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage several partner relationships, competing priorities, and active projects while keeping track of details.
- Investigate issues resourcefully, find workable solutions, and own them through resolution.
- Take initiative, adapt readily, and work at pace in a growing business while following through without constant direction.
