HR and Payroll Data Migration and Integration Consultant
Lead HR and payroll system migrations and integrations for Harbor across SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle HCM. Work spans planning, data transformation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

- Lead HR data migrations into SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM from initial planning through launch and post-launch support.
- Set migration methods, data scope, load order, cutover plans, and rollback procedures.
- Assess legacy data quality and find gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
- Create and maintain mappings and transformation rules between source data and target systems.
- Build, run, and reconcile data loads during testing, mock conversions, and production cutover.
- Prepare data validation and reconciliation reports.
- Advise on data retention, archiving, and historical records.
- Document integration needs across HR, payroll, benefits, finance, and external providers.
- Design integrations that define data flows, transformations, error handling, schedules, and security.
- Build, test, and deploy integrations with platform tools and middleware.
- Support end-to-end and parallel payroll testing, resolving issues across connected systems.
- Establish monitoring, error resolution, and post-launch support processes.
- Advise on integration architecture, including point-to-point, middleware, and file-based options.
- Use ETL tools to extract, transform, and load large datasets.
- Create repeatable, auditable transformation processes and automate validation and reconciliation.
- Develop reusable tools, templates, and migration materials for the practice.
- Explain technical data and integration topics clearly to HR and programme stakeholders.
- Contribute to proposals, project scoping, and estimates.
- Mentor junior consultants and share technical expertise.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Demonstrated migration experience with at least one of SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM across several full lifecycle projects.
- Experience designing and delivering integrations, including writing specifications and building and testing interfaces.
- Practical ETL experience and confidence working with large, imperfect datasets.
- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll data structures, including personal data sensitivity and cutover accuracy.
- Experience validating and reconciling data across test cycles and production loads.
- Clear communication with technical teams and HR stakeholders.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
- Experience with more than one target platform is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio; SAP Integration Suite and Infoporter; or Oracle HDL and OIC is an advantage.
- Payroll migration and parallel run reconciliation experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UK GDPR and relevant data protection practices is an advantage.
- Experience serving professional services or legal sector clients is an advantage.
- Consulting background, or client-side experience paired with a consulting mindset, is an advantage.
