विवरण

  • Support administration of the Bank Secrecy Act and Fraud Program through transaction monitoring, fraud investigations, and suspicious activity reporting.
  • Track operational work, detect fraud, limit losses, escalate incidents, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Stay current on state and federal bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
  • Assess customer transactions and applications using manual and automated reviews for fraud and BSA-related activity.
  • Escalate incidents and cases to support timely filing of SARs and Elder or Financial Abuse reports within federal deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance with CIP, CDD, EDD, OFAC, and Elder or Dependent Abuse requirements.
  • Assist with transaction-monitoring alerts, administration, and mitigation activities.
  • Follow security policies and required data-handling procedures.
  • Complete mandatory security-awareness training.
  • Report suspected security incidents and suspicious activity to the Security team.
  • Review customer onboarding applications and transaction-monitoring alerts for traditional and crypto products.
  • Analyze fraud patterns and incidents in near real time, and propose process improvements and solutions to management when appropriate.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least one year of experience in anti-money laundering, fraud, or compliance at a financial institution, or relevant law-enforcement experience.
  • Ability to make consequential decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of fraud or AML operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Interest in fraud prevention, BSA/AML compliance, and related services.
  • Ability and willingness to provide effective fraud and BSA/AML guidance to staff and prepare clear, concise written materials.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • CAMS, CFE, or another compliance certification is viewed favorably.
  • Availability for weekends or nonstandard hours, including potential late-evening or early-morning work, based on business needs.
  • Compliance with company security policies and data-handling procedures.
  • Completion of mandatory security-awareness training within required deadlines.
  • Prompt reporting of suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.
  • Availability for a Saturday-through-Wednesday schedule.
  • Must verify identity and authorization to work in the United States; Figure does not sponsor work visas for this role.
